After Joining Adsense we need only to select the location on our website or Blogs where we want to place the ads. Simply get the Adsense code for your site from Google Adsense and paste it into the location on your website you have selected and Google will start showing the ads on your website. So here I am going to explain you the Adsense code which you are implementing on your website:

The first line of your Adsense code holds your publisher id which is unique for each publisher’s.

The second line of code (which is just a comment) is used for defining the name of the ad you defined during ad setup in Google Adsense.

google_ad_slot = "3259375621";

This line of code contains the Gogole Adsense ad slot id number which is automatically generated by Adsesne. In future if you need to modify the color or look and feel of ads appearing on your site or blog, then you only need to change the color setup in Adsense itself (by clicking Adsense Setup > Manage Ads) and the changes will take affect where this ad is displayed corresponding to this ID within 10 minutes of time.

google_ad_height = 280;

These two lines of code used to define the width and height of the ads appearing on your website.

You can use three Ad unit, three link unit, two serch box in a page. But it's better to start with less ads and as your page hits increase then try to increase number of ads.
